Monica Starcher
Monica Starcher is the founder of Bloom Aesthetics & IV Infusion Bar, where beauty and wellness meet to help clients look and feel their best. With a strong educational foundation, Monica holds degrees in Nursing, Psychology, and Biological Sciences from Marshall University. She currently serves as a Rapid Response Registered Nurse, where she treats patients from all walks of life and responds to medical emergencies throughout the hospital. Her experience spans Med/Surg, Cardiovascular Intensive Care, and Medical Emergency Teams, and she holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Advanced Stroke Life Support, and ultrasound-guided intravenous catheter insertion.
At Bloom Aesthetics & IV Infusion Bar, Monica leads a dedicated team offering top-tier aesthetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation, designed to enhance natural beauty and restore confidence. The IV Therapy Bar she’s built provides tailored nutrient infusions to boost vitality, improve skin health, and promote overall wellness.
A proud West Virginia native, Monica has called Hurricane home since 2016 and is excited to serve the close-knit community through Bloom Aesthetics & IV Infusion Bar. Outside of her practice, she enjoys cheering on her son and daughter in football, baseball, and dance, as well as traveling and spending time in the sunshine.
As a breast cancer survivor, she is deeply passionate about educating women on breast cancer screening, prevention, and treatment. She is committed to supporting those affected by breast cancer and guiding others through their own journeys with compassion and care.
Dr. Brandon Wilkinson
Brandon Wilkinson serves as the co-owner of Valor Medical Group. He has 15 years of medical experience as a civilian paramedic, Army Medical Officer, US Army Flight Surgeon, and Emergency Medicine Physician. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Anthropology, Lincoln Memorial University with a Master of Science in Biomedical Professions, and Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. Dr. Wilkinson completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. Dr Wilkinson is experienced in acute care, trauma service, healthcare administration, aviation medicine, and telemedicine.
