2. Client Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services, or have written consent from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsuitable for certain treatments based on health conditions, allergies, or other medical factors.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through Atlas Med, accessible via our website. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Payment

Payments for services, including deposits, are processed through Atlas Med at the time of booking or service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change, and notice of adjustments will be provided before your appointment. We also accept donations through Squarespace for specific charitable initiatives.

5. Health & Medical Information

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to complete a medical history form via Atlas Med to ensure your eligibility for the procedures offered. Providing accurate health information, including allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions, is essential. Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific health concerns.

6. Risks and Side Effects

All aesthetic treatments and IV infusions carry some level of risk. Potential side effects may include swelling, bruising, redness, or allergic reactions. By receiving services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks and side effects. If you experience any adverse reactions following a treatment, please contact us immediately.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by our professionals. Failure to do so may affect the results of your treatment and increase the risk of complications. Bloom Aesthetics & IV Infusion Bar LLC is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

8. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

We comply with HIPAA regulations to protect your medical and personal information. Any information you provide is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
